We're Going to Mexico!

In 1995 I held the first Women’s Circle, Women’s Story writing retreat at Benet Pines, near Colorado Springs. For many more years I spent a  magical summer week in the pine forest with a dozen women. We then moved to the Loretto Center in southwest suburban Denver. Along the way we’ve skipped a few years, so 2019 will be our 20th women’s writing retreat.

In the early 2000s we took Women’s Circle, Women’s Story to a beautiful Victorian venue at the edge of Casco Bay in Portland, Maine. In 2015 we went to the Isle of Cumbrae off the coast of Glasgow, Scotland. This year we went to Scottsdale with its beautiful desert gardens and wide stone labyrinth. And in 2019 we are traveling to paradise! Ajijic, Mexico (near Guadalajara) has the second best climate in the world, according to National Geographic.  We’ve reserved an entire retreat center, Cinco Elementos, with a private chef and a day trip to nearly Lake Chapala, a mecca for American ex-pats who live year-round, and its legendary hot springs.

You’ll spend six days and five nights in a single room or suite with all meals and snacks provided.

Our destination retreats sell out especially quickly, so if you’re interested, please let us know right away. You can get details here. And watch the video!

Who wants to join me in beautiful Ajijic, Mexico next February?
